Toestel voor bepaling van de lineaire uitzettingscoëfficiënt van metalen. Drie buizen van verschillend materiaal worden beurtelings in het toestel geklemd, waarbij één eind bij uitzetting een wijzer in beweging brengt. De verwarming vindt plaats door stoom door de buis te voeren. 
Levering is exclusief stoomgenerator.
